I hope to be able to >fit in a session with Hotz Translator - maybe even on Steem 2.1. >Gavin. Hi Gavin and all here are some tips from the top of my head to install HOTZ Translator in Steem There are two versions of Hotz Translator: an A drive version and a D drive version. The reason for the different versions is because of the INF file. Heres what you do. A Drive version: 1.Download the A drive version from the accordance download site and unzip into the folder you are using for steems virtual C drive. 2.Remove the PI2/3 files depending if you are using color or mono monitor mode. ( see A drive instructions on my Hotz Page or on the accordance download site) 3. Start Steem. Hit the Pause/break key so you can get to steems menu. Go to the disc manager. Select A drive, and drag an empty disc into the A drive slot.Close. Select the green arrow to start steem. 4.Once you are at the Atari desktop in steem, open the C drive, and find the Hotz folder. Open it. Select all the files and drag them to the A drive icon. This will copy the files right to the empty disc you put in there. 5.Open A drive, and now you can click on Xlator.prg and Hotz Translator will load. D Drive version. 1. Go to your steem folder on your PC Hard drive and create another folder called "D-Drive".Unzip the D Drive version (with folder)right into this directory 1.Start Steem. Hit the Pause/break key so you can get to steems menu. Go to the disc manager. Create another drive for "D". Use the folder you just created.Select the green arrow to start steem. 2.Once you are at the Atari desktop in steem, open the D drive, and find the Hotz folder. Open it.Now you can click on Xlator.prg and Hotz Translator will load. HOPE THIS WORKS! I will try it myself, but this is from the top of my head on how it SHOULD work!Would appreciate feedback if it does (or does not) TimC
