Well, you got me thinking, so I've bashed out a quick arpegiator idea. I'll
upload Arpegy.ALL. Press 2 twice in open mode play screen to get it going.
It plays a note from an augmented C major chord every 16th. Now go to the
sequence called Starter in Open mode edit. Each PT value refers to one of
the 16th notes. Simply transpose from C as you choose. If you want to
introduce syncopation, try replacing some of the ST commands with deletes.
Ther you have it, a pretty much quick and easy arpegiator, and an example of
how you can use KCS generatively within a fairly conventional musical
format.
