There is NO complete Falcon emulator atm afaik. The problem is the DSP is too powerfull 
to emulate it by software atm (so far I know). 
But there are some "nice try's"...

Some of them are:

TOS404 should become a real Falcon Emulator (including DSP and VIDEL).
It seems the guys from the TOS404 project want to use the Deesse DSP Card. But it seems 
there is not much activity with the TOS404 project :(

But there is anoter project: ARAnyM... This looks VERY interesting!! It can even run the 
Falcon version of NEON!! 
But I don't know if they want to include Deesse support...

If you want a fast ST-Emulator, which support HiColor screens, you should have a look to 
the comercial STEmulator 2000... It supports colorscreens with 65536 colors, works very 
fast (it dosen't emulate with clockcycle accuracy) and is well integrated into windows (it can 
use window's true-type fonts, printer drivers and so on... there is (AFAIK) also a new version 
planned, which will even support the use of WIN-DLL's from ATARI-Programms!

MagiCPC: Hmmm... some guys like it, some hate it... It emulates an ST with MagiC... 
screens with up to 256 colors. AFAIK it works only with MagiC-compatible software and has 
no real single-task mode - so it seems to be quite "incompatible" :(

Steem, "only" a ST-Emulator atm... but this one grows and grows and grows :))) 
...and it's FREEWARE!! :)
This seems to become more than only a ST-Emulator... as Tim already wrote, it supports 
TT-Resolutions now. AFAIK it's the only emulator suitable for MIDI applications! 
Steem emulates with clockcycle accuracy... so even some (many) "dirty" coding tricks work 
with Steem...  
I'm sure the Steem-guys will implement some Falcon-features, too!
