MP_STE.PRG is an adaptation of M_PLAYER.PRG for machines using a 68000. 
The display is always in ST Low (16 colors or 16 grey levels) or
in ST High, the sound is available on every machine having a DMA-Sound
system (TT, STE and Mega STE), a Yamaha PSG (every ST) or a sound card
(ST Replay 8/16).

It can show videos, encode, or convert videos to a faster FLM format
more suitable for the Atari display.
